SparkPeople's 10 Worst Foods of 2007

John McGran at SparkPeople has compiled a list of a the 10 worst foods of last year. Topping the list is Carl's Jr.'s 1,130 calorie Western Bacon Six Dollar Burger. In a year where I found myself running the fast food gamut for masochistic pleasure, it is surprising I've only tried one of his selections (Wendy's Baconator, if you must know.) What might be less surprising is that I put on about 10 pounds, too.
